Privacy notice (KVKK)

This English version is provided for information only. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

As data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Akademi Yeşil Ofis Consultancy (“the Company”) processes your personal data as described below.

Personal data we process

• Identity and contact details: full name, company name, email address, phone number.
• Request details: the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
• CV details: the CV, LinkedIn profile and preferred position you share in a job application.
• Transaction security data: your IP address when you submit a form.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process your data to respond to your request and provide a preliminary assessment, conduct pre-contractual discussions, evaluate your job application, inform you about Incentive Academy programs and ensure information security. This processing is based on Article 5(2)(c) (establishment of a contract), (ç) (legal obligation) and (f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK, and on the explicit consent you give when submitting a form.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred to the email service provider we use to deliver form submissions and to the hosting provider of this website. These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; any transfer is made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Apart from legal obligations, your data is not shared with third parties.

How we collect data

We collect your data electronically through the contact, career and pre-registration forms on our website.

Retention period

We keep request and contact records for up to 2 years and job applications for up to 1 year. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the recipients it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its deletion or destruction, to object, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.

You can send your requests in writing to info@akademiyesilofis.com or to “Kocaeli Sanayi Odası Fuar İçi, 41040 İzmit / Kocaeli”. We conclude your request within 30 days at the latest.
